I'm very excited about this new place in livingston. This is a smallish town and for a nice Sports bar and grill like this to open up is very cool. This will definitely be a hit! The beer is ice cold, food taste great and the service was awesome. I'm disappointed at some of these reviews because this place literally just opened up. For someone to ask a brand new establishment opening up to be perfect is crazy. It takes time to train people and put in the work to make something like this happen. Cooks will have to get acclimated to the dinner rushes. Tonight luckily with the rain there wasn't any kind of wait or rush for a Saturday, but there was plenty of people there. I do have a minor suggestion though for the menu. The paper menu that is currently out should have the main ingredients for the dishes on it. For example, tonight my wife ordered the cajun pasta. When it came out she immediately didn't want it because it had shrimp in it and she hates seafood. If it would have been on the menu shown to be in the cajun pasta she wouldn't have ordered it. I took it instead and still paid for it, but it could haven averted if it was shown on the menu. Same with the mushroom burger, most mushroom burgers only have Mayo, Swiss cheese, patties and grilled onion. When I received my burger it was a plain classic burger just with mushrooms added to it. So to me it wasn't an actual mushroom burger. Other than those things, service was great. We all know a new place will have to iron out the kinks and that's to totally fine. This place is good for livingston and will do great here!
Food and service were great. Prices were $3-5 higher than your would expect to pay but your by the lake. Portions were big and everything we ordered was good. Our waiter was very good and did a great job keeping our drinks full. We were very happy with the service. Lots of tvs and lots of different games on. Good sports bar atmosphere.
I cannot say enough good things about Dugout Bar and Grill. Superior, quality, and tasty food. The best service we've received in years. We're from over an hour away, and we WILL be returning to this area to eat here. Just wow!
This place definitely looks like it wouldn't be a great spot for some good food, menus are super dated and hard to read, could use some sprucing up, however....the hamburgers are an absolute hit. The servers could use some coaching on approaching tables, both times we've been in they just walked up and said "what can I get you to drink". Maybe start off with an opening like,"hi, how are you, I'm so and so, and I'll be taking care of you, can I start you off with a beverage or appetizer" it's a little thing but it sets up the mood for the rest of the visit. Anyhow, food was great both times we went in and the crawfish was pretty dang good also. Will definitely make this a regular spot.

I've been to many sports bars and I've never seen this many TV's. Wait staff was really nice. Took a little long for the food to get to us but it was worth the wait. My husband loved his mushroom swiss burger and my walnut, cranberry chicken salad was also good. And their sweet potato fries were to die for. We will definitely go back.
Tyler was so friendly and helpful, an excellent waiter! Every single thing we tried was AMAZING. Truly! The Texas egg rolls were incredible, as well as the Mexican Philly. The gumbo was great, and the chicken street tacos came with wonderful toppings. We would go back in a heartbeat! So so good!!
Our first time here. Amazing service and food. The atmosphere is amazing as well. We will definitely be revisiting here soon. We got the nachos and the dugout sampler.
This was my first time dining in. We ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer and then the buffalo boneless wings, beef street tacos and then the power bowl which was the fried rice with chicken. All tasted great! This dine in experience was much better than when we had our doordash experience. Id highly recommend coming in for a nice meal! Also, the place had so many tvs and seating and wasnt busy at all for it to be around 5pm so you didnt have to worry about being overcrowded. Overall, no complaints and definitely will be back!
